When this applies
This covers paid services bought from PilotMarket by a consumer. While no paid service is offered in this market, there is no contract for it to apply to.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of entering the contract, without giving a reason. Tell us at support@carbongreylabs.com.
Refunds
We refund all payments received within 14 days of being told, using the same means of payment you used.
Digital services started early
If you ask us to start a digital service during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once it is fully performed, that right ends when it is. How this is presented at checkout is to be confirmed before launch: LAWYER_REVIEW_WITHDRAWAL.
